They're accusing this brother of killing someone. They're also saying that he was released as part of the statewide "realignment" of incarcerated people--part of the slander campaign against the criminalized population. We'll see what else develops in this case, but for now, we're remaining very skeptical about anything that comes out of the cops' mouths--especially Fontana PD.
This appears to be a case in which the officer was accused of rape outside of the course of his duty. Perhaps that played a role in his treatment by the prosecution. We know how rare it is that they are ever held criminally liable for what they do in the line of duty.
We all expected there to be fallout from the Sandy hook massacre--how could there not be when so many innocent lives were lost? What form the fallout would take--that's where the doubt lay. But now we have seen the first repercussions at the local level: The Fontana school district police department's purchase of 14 high-caliber rifles.
