This is a case I came across coming out of Lake Arrowhead in 2011. Tragic.

The man's father calls the death "murder."

LAKE ARROWHEAD, Calif. (KTLA) -- Family members are outraged after a 43-year-old man died shortly after being Tased by San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies.
Sheriff's officials say Allen Kephart, of the Lake Arrowhead area, ran a stop sign Tuesday on Highway 189 in Blue Jay.
A deputy pulled him over and he "became combative and uncooperative," sheriff's spokeswoman Cindy Bachman told the L.A. Times.
Additional deputies were called to the scene.
While being placed under arrest, a deputy shocked him with a Taser, Bachman said.
Officials say Kephart lost consciousness and CPR was "immediately provided."
He was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
Kephart was a local DJ and teacher's assistant from Crest Park.
His father told the Times that Kephart was a gentle, church-going man who worked three jobs and never got into trouble. He weighed about 350 pounds and had high blood pressure, he added.
Jack Kephart calls his son's death senseless.
"To me, it's not just a traffic stop. It's murder. You don't kill a person for running a stop sign," he told the Times.
Jack Kephart said witnesses told him his son was slammed onto the ground and Tased about eight times by two deputies. He's now considering taking legal action against the department, the Times reported.
The incident is under investigation.
An autopsy is planned to determine a cause of death.
